Roof Carrier Systems Pty Ltd was established in Melbourne in 1985 as Australia’s first specialist retail centre for roof racks, roof boxes, snow chains & snow tyres. Our business is based on the principle “to provide the most correct system for the vehicle and for the application of our customers.”

Welcome to Roof Carrier Systems

RCS supplies removable roof and rail bar systems from our stock for most makes and models of cars and 4WDs and will usually fit or dispatch your order on the same day.

At RCS, our prices include assembly and fitting to most vehicles and delivery to you by courier or by Australia Post when required. There is however a fitting charge for track mount, fixed mount and some commercial systems.

When you change your vehicle we will always trade back the roof carrier system and snow chains we have supplied. Because of this trade back service we sell second hand roof racks and snow chains.

Roof Bars

Roof Bars available for most cars, station wagons and 4WDs and range between $145.00 and $465.00 a pair. This is an indication of price only, please call to confirm the prices for your vehicle.

Other Services and Accessories

Traded in Roof Bars are usually priced between half and two thirds of their new price depending on their condition.

A full range of roof bar accessories are available for luggage, ladders, skis, bikes, kayaks, surf boards etc. We also stock luggage baskets, lockable luggage and ski containers and RUD diamond pattern snow chains for all cars and 4WDs.

The RCS Hire Service offers the full range of roof carrier systems, roof rack accessories and RUD snow chains for hire.

Also available for hire are locking roof luggage boxes and ski boxes.

RCS is conveniently located in Camberwell, at the corner of Burke Road and Toorak Road, with easy access from City Link with two exits from the Monash Freeway.
