Rhino Commercial Systems

Rhino Heavy Duty Product Range is a diverse range of roof racks that come in several different Heavy Duty styles and fitments. This includes gutter mounts, removable pad mounts and vehicle specific track mounts to fit a wide array of vehicles with and without rain gutters. Available with Black or Silver bars, the Heavy Duty range was specifically designed with the professional tradesman and avid 4 wheel driver in mind. Built from light weight quality Australian materials, the leg units are manufactured from a UV Stabilised glass reinforced nylon. The cross bars are extruded structural aluminium, so all heavy duty roof racks are Strong, Durable and ready to work.

The Rhino Heavy Duty range can carry substantial loads and generally has a higher load rating than any other roof rack type. So whatever your trade, hobby or profession, the Heavy Duty Rhino Rack will get the job done.

• Rhino Heavy Duty Commercial Aero System

  

  A new aerodynamic bar with the strength of commercial bars but more aesthetically pleasing, plus it fits all Rhino Sportz accessories.

  Available in numerous mounting styles the Heavy Duty Aero roof rack range has a system available to suit a wide variety of vehicle roof types.

  Rhino racks are made from the highest quality Australian produced materials. The supports are made from UV stabilised glass reinforced nylon and the load bars are extruded structural aluminium. A rubber buffer strip and security bolts are supplied with all Rhino load bars. Leg height spacers are available to level the height on multiple bar installations. The load rating is 100kg per pair of bars.

• RL Guttermount system

  

  Are available in 4 different support heights, 110mm, 150mm, 210mm and 280mm. The load rating is 100kg per pair of bars. Can be fitted with a complete range of accessories. Specially made supports are available for most commercial and 4WD vehicles that are not fitted with rain gutters. Call for details of the correct system to suit your vehicle.

• RLT Track mounting system

  

  The RLT is a permanently mounted track mount system which allows for adjustable bar positioning.

• RCP specialised fixed mounting point system

  

  The RCP is a new specialised system each specially designed with fixed point mountings for a specific vehicle. (including Toyota LC 100 & Prado, Honda CRV, Nissan X-Trail) Includes security mounting bolts and a rubber buffer strip in the top of the bar. Can be fitted with a complete range of accessories.

• CXB Railing bar system

  

  Universal fitting for mos station wagons, 4WDs, canopies and commercial vehicles fitted with roof rails. Supplied with security bolts and rubber buffer strip.

  3 or more cross bars can be leveled with the addition of leg height spacers.

• CS Ladder rack system

  

  A range of speciality ladder racks are available for all Rhino commercial roof bar systems. Side rails, rollers, load holders, ladder slides, ladder hoops, tie downs, ladder locks are available for all types and sizes of step ladders and extension ladders.

Rhino Sportz Racks

The Rhino Sportz product range is sleek and stylish in design and features a look unparallel to any other roof racks. With aerodynamically shaped bars and no overhang (SXB excluded) the sportz range definitively complements the look of your vehicle. Only available in Black (SXB excluded) the sportz range offers more than just looks.

Built from light weight quality Australian materials the leg units are manufactured from a UV Stabilized glass reinforced nylon. That means all the sportz legs are not only tough and durable they wont fade in the harsh Australian sun. The cross bars are perfectly powder coated and built from extruded structural aluminium. They also feature an internal H section that offers additional load support that helps avoid bar bend when carrying heavier loads.

All sportz cross bars feature a unique easily accessible top channel section that allows you to quickly and conveniently attach a number of Rhino’s sporting accessories including ski and snow board carriers, kayak carriers and bike carriers just to mention a few.

Available in various mounting styles the sportz range caters to suit a wide variety of vehicle roof types. This includes vehicles with and without rain gutters and factory rails.

• RSP Removable fixed mounting point roof system

• SG Gutter mount system

• SXB Railing system

• 2500 Multi Fit
